NIA members INL and Zeon presented joint work on carbon nanotubes (CNTs) for lithium‑ion batteries at a seminar at the Embassy of Portugal in Japan. Miguel Muñoz, Research Group Leader at INL, spoke on advances in battery innovation and materials science. Naoki Orita, Division Manager of the CNT Division at Zeon, presented Zeon's CNT offering and joint work with INL on safer CNT management. NIA welcomes this collaboration and supports the planned strengthening of their R&D cooperation.
